This is a list of freeware and GPL & Open Source software that many of us in OCAU collect and use. There are so many individuals who have contributed that to list them all would take almost as much time as maintaining this thread (a non-trivial activity, let me tell you). I'll make special mentions of DeepSpring, for his early & continuing efforts to create work for me by providing so many links, and z3099528, for setting up the bulk of the Wiki entries. Deepspring has taken the time to further define the different types of software that can be found for download on the net in terms relevant to this thread.

Introducing a freeware compilation of Glagolitic and OCS ( Old Church
Slavonic) Cyrillic TTF ( True Type Fonts ). This colection contains a variety of fonts ,some of which are following local paleographic variants but with few fonts with most complete set of letters and special characters. Suitable for publishing students and scholars of linguistics in general and for Slavicist and other interested in the paleographical characteristic of these two ancient scripts used by Slavs, as well as their medieval literature: Chronicals, Gospels and their segments,as well as prayer books, hymns, sermons and epigraphic inscriptions.
